"My neighbor was having some flooring put in her house so my husband went over to talk with the owner of the business about getting a quote to put vinyl planks in my craft room/office and attached bathroom. He came right over and gave us a quote immediately. We hired him on the spot. You just know good people right away. It took a few weeks for the materials to come in but once it did our floor was Installed within a week. They did an awesome job. They moved all the furniture and cleaned up everything really well. The owner came by to check their work. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring you need installed. "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."
