Floor Design was great! Stewart the salesman was just like your next door neighbor. No high pressure whatsoever. He shared samples, gave us some ideas and away we went. Oh yeah...the price "extremely good". The install went great! Eric and his partner were very knowledgeable and very efficient. Not to mention that they went "above and beyond" in doing a lot of the tearing out of the old and prep work which wasn't necessarily easy. You need flooring...Floor Designs is the answer.

Everything was done via text, including choosing the style, and payment. At first I was very leery, but after reading the reviews, I had the confidence to proceed. The installation crew was fast and proficient. The style of floor chosen is a close match to what I had in mind. The workmanship was more than satisfactory. My new floor looks great!

Overall, the process was very good. The installers were great. The salesman was easy to deal with, not high pressure. My only complaint is I found out there is a higher quality version of the luxury vinyl than the one I got. Depending on the price difference, I would have preferred the thicker version, but, I don’t remember the different options of the sample I selected being offered. Maybe, the salesman showed me the higher quality version in a sample option I didn’t choose, but, if so, I didn’t realize it was also available in the one I got.

The price point for 900 square ft of vinyl flooring and install, plus carpet on the steps, was fantastic. I didnâ t even look any further. The install was just as phenomenal. Barry and Eric did an immaculate job, and our townhome has a ton of corners. Also, as they were prepping to lay the vinyl, they realized the floor needed to be leveled. We needed at least 10 bags. It was an unexpected expense, but we are so thankful they required it. They guarantee their floors. And mine turned out beautifully. I cannot say enough about their work and Floor Designs. I highly recommend!
