It was a pleasure working with Rafel at Revival Flooring. They did a great job tiling my whole house with large format porcelain tile. The quality of workmanship and value for the money was amazing. Rafel always answered my calls and had his well trained installers there everyday without excuses or exception. I highly recommend them for any type of tile work.

Yes i would rec commend Rafael BUT keep an eye on things as the project progresses. I had a tile backsplash installed in the kitchen and the work performed was quality work, the problem is he did not extend the tile behind the refrigerator as requested and agreed upon, but rather stopped it at the cabinet line leaving 3-4 inches of exposed wall; it looks unfinished and detracts from the entire job. My other issue is he used my kitchen sink to clean all his materials when he was done, and after he left I found that my garbage disposal was jammed and it took me an hour to repair it, removing tile spacers, chunks of hardened grout and a dry wall screw, all caught in the bottom of the disposal. All of our communication regarding scheduling time and date, confirming arrival times etc, were all done via text so I did reach out to Rafael via text to share my overall impressions both good and bad. I have never heard back form him. He was paid, the check cleared, i guess he feels it's not his problem anymore.

Rafael and his team at Revival Flooring performed excellent work for both our tile floor demo and wood floor installation. Rafael was very hands-on, responsive and ensured that we were satisfied with the results. We definitely recommend and will use again in the future!

Rafael was wonderful to work with on my backsplash install. Very timely and let me know the proper supplies to purchase. My subway tile backsplash turned out better than imagined.

Rafael was very prompt in contacting me for my project. He gave me a very fair quote that was 25% less than my previous one. He actually started almost immediately with the demo of my backsplash in my kitchen. Cleaned up well after and came back the next day to put in the board and tile. Was very quick and I am very happy with the job. Would definitely use him again!

Rafael and his team really do excellent work. Our floors came out beautiful. I didnâ t think they could out-do the existing tile work which was very well done, but it turned out even better than the wood look porcelain tile we had in place. Even my husband who was in the flooring business previously was impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail and thatâ s saying a whole lot! I canâ t say enough about them, the service was impeccableâ ¦.he came out right away and gave us a quote, the most competitive quote by far, from all the other companies we contacted. They are courteous, professional, hard working guys, who actually clean up as they work. In fact, we already recommended Rafael to our neighbors, and he went straight next door after our job was done and gave them a quote as well. We highly recommend working with Revival for any of your flooring needs.

Rafael stopped by our house quickly (the next day) and gave us a quote a few hours later. He also told us the supplies to buy for our tile job. He was able to fit us into his schedule so he started within a day of us having all of our supplies. He did a great job. Price and Quality are great and I would hire him again.
