Came by the house the very next day and gave me an honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done and what was the likely scenario. Returned early the next day to start with the work to make sure that the water damage issue was addressed in a timely manner. "I had a house constructed from the ground up, but they did not finish the basement. My other half, Dennis and I hired Mervin to finish the basement. He installed sheet rock, added a bathroom, and a room to enclose our HVAC system. He did the painting, electrical work, laid the carpet and the basement turned out absolutely beautiful. Dennis and I are extremely satisfied w/the excellent job completed by Mervin. Please note he is very professional and reasonable for the work he does. "Jason Brown was the sales person who came to our house. He took time to understand what our NEEDS and our WANTS were. After fully understanding them, even though I could not find anything that matched everything, he found the exact door: Impact, half circle at the top with our house number etched (or painted, we went with etched) into in, that would accept our current home security system locking mechanism, that could handle direct sun from 10am-sundown in Florida, that was pre-painted white to match the trim of the house, and had a lever for the door handle (due to some disabilities). He found the perfect door and it is AWESOME! Not only that, he took into account my military service and disabilities in selecting the door and added some discounts that I didn't even ask for. He made the sales experience enjoyable!!!! I look forward to working with him and Morgan Exteriors on the window replacement when that project comes up on the list!!!"

"I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."

"Excellent job! Replaced my whole roof and installed new gutters, the ones I won't have to get up on a ladder to Clean!! All in ONE DAY!! The crew was polite, friendly, Very hard working! They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job.
