It’s a joy to write this review because I cant say enough great things about this business! We had a series of extenuating circumstances, and needed to have our flooring replaced. Madelyn and Israel (the owners) came to our house multiple times and offered us so many solutions and estimates. We had problems; they had solutions. They did not give up on our project, and we are so grateful for that! We love our floors! They worked with us for months helping us find a product that worked for our needs and our budget without compromising quality. The customer service they delivered is unequal in this industry. We know because we have worked with others. Madelyn is very professional and personable. This is why ultimately we chose to have them take on the project and redo almost the entire 2400sq ft house. They were recommended to us by our neighbors, and now we also recommend them. The person they had work on our floors is a work horse! I was amazed by his skill, humility, and attention to detail, and I have an eye for details! They all worked together to help make an otherwise chaotic stressful process work. They were also flexible and accommodating which we really needed. It was reassuring to know that there are still businesses who take pride in their work! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my floors and neither should you!

We recently had a full remodel of four bedrooms done by Flooring Pro Services, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From day one, communication was outstanding—every step of the process was clearly explained, and they kept us informed at every turn. The timeline was perfect—everything was completed right on schedule, with no delays. Israel, the owner, personally monitored the entire project, ensuring everything was done to perfection. And Madeline, the office manager, was incredibly understanding and supportive, making sure all our concerns were addressed. everything was fine until he stole 43 baseboards that he had me over order so he could take them at the end. he had me order 68 baseboards, used 20 and stole the rest, along with the underlayment and the quarter round mould that goes with the baseboards. Im sure he does this to every client without them knowing, I just happened to inventory the equipment that I purchased. I have him on my ring taking the baseboards out of my garage and cutting them down. Mind you he wasn't there to help his workers all week. He came the last day just to take the extra material.

I hired this company based on their ratings and materials. Under the assumption and offered a quote of water proofed laminated paid over $3650 and additionally paid over $600 to level certain parts of the floors which they claimed they did in 30 minutes and did not even install simple insulation or left enough extension space. Now my floors are worped and moving. These guys seem friendly but extremely unprofessional. They said they can partially repair my floors unbelievable and than they donâ t return calls. I will report them every agency possible be aware of these guys.

The workers pay great attention to detail.

I waited until the excitement of having the floors installed before responding. After having the new flooring for several weeks, I still love them. I love the work they did. They took care of everything, to include picking up the materials and delivering it to me early. I will use them again :)
