Alex and his crew did an amazing job installing engineered hardwood floors for us. The floors turned out incredible and we are so happy! They showed up on time, put in extra efforts and they work hard. They remained professional and courteous and they offer very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I know we will use them again.

Alex was knowledgeable and professional. He answered questions, texts, and phone calls quickly. I would highly recommend him to other customers. His cost was reasonable and well worth every penny. Excellent service and outcome. Our stairs and floor are beautiful. I donà ¢à  à  t know what corrections you want.

They did a great job. They helped us with our furniture. They repaired old damage . Great effort and I will hire them again in the future.

Hiring this company was an expensive lesson. We hired this company to install LVP on our second story and stairs, the stairs being the main reason for getting the carpet remove and replaced. To say the worker did a bad job is an understatement. Alex and Phil showed up day one. So did 2 other workers who didn't speak English very well. By day 2 only 1 of the non-English speakers showed and essentially did the work by himself. I noticed how bad the cuts were and brought it to Alex's attention. He said he'd have the guy fix some of the planks. Also I didn't want shoe molding and was adamant about that from the beginning. Essentially one guy (the non-English speaker) did all of the work by himself. We were also told it was best to move all of our furniture from upstairs so the guys could work easier. The work was so bad I had to have the floors redone, my stairs still have carpet which looks crazy with the flooring upstairs because it was half torn to make room for the vinyl on the top stair. Cost me $2000 plus the price of flooring. Alex came highly recommended and from all of the other good reviews maybe he took more pride in the other projects he's being paid for. But I didn't get any of my money back and the bank says because I wrote a check (dumb move on my part) if I want any of my money back I'll have to sue, which will cost me more money. This is the worst experience I've ever had with contracted work. Almost ruined my marriage because of the bickering and the shoddy work. Oh and the contract cut planks inside so I spent 3 weeks cleaning up saw dust and other debris in my home. And because of the bad work and having to move all furniture, including our beds, downstairs, we slept on an air mattress in our bedroom for 2 months until the flooring could be redone and baseboards installed. A project that was supposed to take 4 days ended up being a 4 month nightmare for us. And we still have two rooms to redo before the house is back to normal. Now I have to either DIY the stairs or fear hiring another contract whose work we can't guarantee. What a nightmare this has been for us.

Alex and his crew were terrific. We were inter a very tight window of time where we could have gotten our floors redone but Alex was willing to help us asap. He was responsive, communative and patient with us. I highly recommend him, heâ s the type to go above and beyond. When it comes to home projects itâ s easy to be skeptical but heâ s restored our faith!

Disappointed with the state my hardwood floors were left in. We were told there would be some discoloration but it was never explained that one side of the floor would be a completely different color than the other side of the floor. Company should have suggested a darker stain to cover discoloration once it was discovered that it wasn?t removed during sanding process. Disappointed that someone who makes a living refinishing hardwood floors would find it acceptable to leave my floors in the state they were left in

Alex was great and sent me photos throughout the process since I was out of town. The floors turned out beautifully.

Alex came to give an estimate and gave me a quote before leaving. Two days later, he and Ernesto began working on pulling up carpet and refinishing the wood floors in two small bedrooms. They finished early the next day. The floors look great! I would definitely hire them again.
