Alex is a pro. Came by our house to give an estimate and then before starting the work, he came back again to revisit. We just did a buffing with new coat of semi-gloss water based urethane. The floors came out beautifully, very rich. Professional and personal and his pricing is fair. We will be pleased to work with him again in the future. Already recommended him to a neighbor! Alex is very honest, he stands by his work and makes it right if it was not done exactly the way we liked it. He made sure we were happy and did everything he could to satisfy us which he did. I would highly recommend Zinesti. In todays business world it is rare to find contractors that are honest and guarantee 100 percent satisfaction!! Zinesti and Alex are a rare breed!

Alex and his team replaced damaged portions of my laminate floor. They resurfaced the floor and stained the floor to a lighter color that nicely shows the grain. Alex kept in touch via calls and text messages. His team worked efficiently and neatly. Other than the horrible smell during the process, the finished product looks great. Zirnesti Construction did a great job for a fair price. I heartily recommend Zirnesti Construction.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job installing engineered hardwood floors for us. The floors turned out incredible and we are so happy! They showed up on time, put in extra efforts and they work hard. They remained professional and courteous and they offer very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I know we will use them again.
