Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! "First I would like to say that I did have an issue with the installation of my kitchen flooring the first time around, however, my carpets were installed without issue. The installers were very hard working people but I feel like they might have needed just a little more experience with the vinyl flooring. Empire did send someone else out to fix anything that needed to be fixed or replaced. The second installer that came was very knowledgeable about the flooring that I was having a problem with and took his time to get it perfect. Although I was not happy that I had to get Empire to come to my house a second time to fix what I felt should have been done right the first time, they did stand by their work and did all repairs that I wanted done in a timely manner."
