I hired Loyalty Renovations for a kitchen floor installation. My new kitchen flooring is very beautiful! This company took the time to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly, including installing a new subfloor and baseboards, and even some plumbing fixtures. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend Loyalty Renovations!

The staining and resealing of the hand rails and side rails on the front porch was done promptly and skillfully. Also the cement area was power washed. I was pleased with the result.

Ramiro worked carefully and consistently to clean, sand and stain two distinct decks (cedar and IPE Brazilian hardwood). His power wash and sanding methods were light yet effective--to avoid gouging wood. We told Ramiro that we wanted to modify a "crow's nest" on the cedar deck. This involved cutting down four posts, replacing a rotten post and moving post caps. After staining, both decks tied together beautifully. We strongly recommend Loyalty Renovation for your next deck refinishing project!
