They then installed rigid vinyl flooring throughout our home (after first removing the wall to wall carpeting). Finally, they did some small extra projects for us at no additional cost. He has been in this business for a long time so he avoids the mistakes made by less experienced installers. He provides appropriate oversight to his crew members and they are willing to come to him for direction on issues they might face. In addition he went out of his way to recommend another floor color knowing what we liked and we went with his recommendation. I had been reluctant to jump into a complete flooring job because of the expense of it all and wondering if I would get value for the significant outlays of money. Now the job is complete.
