"Ok, then I had Gavin Mosby and crew come out to fix and install a light fixture in the ceiling. had issues with the wiring, I told Gavin what the issue was and he checked it out and told me what was really wrong with the wiring. He got right on it and fix the wiring (rewired) and installed the ceiling light. Friendly curious and knowledgeable, I truly believe he is an honest businessman, gave me a quote, and charged me less. Good people. Will be having him back to correct a few other issues. Thank you, Gavin."

"Very high quality work at a very reasonable price. We had time constraints which they appreciated and got everything done before our guests arrived. Patiently installed shower door, repaired two leaky faucets by finding the required cartridges , did some carpentry on front door step and laid tiles with cement and grout at step. "Rick was in touch within 24 hours of submitting a request for a quote and scheduled time that worked with our schedule to complete the quote in person. The quote was reasonable and within our budget so we confirmed and scheduled the work within a week of getting the quote (the work included installing 2 bathroom exhaust fans, replacing a GFCI outlet from a 2 to 4 outlet setup, adding a double switch for the newly installed fan, replacing a light fixture in a shower stall, and adding an outlet to a hall closet). The electrician doing the work, Ryan, arrived early on the scheduled work day, but wasn't able to complete everything the same day (there was a scheduling issue with having a second electrician join partway through to assist - it was the day before Thanksgiving). Ryan returned early the following week to complete the rest of the work and we weren't charged a second trip fee for the return visit to complete. The final cost was exactly what we were quoted and everything is in good working order and exactly what we requested. I would use Accurate Electric again for any other electrical work as their response was prompt, pricing was reasonable, and the job was done well."

He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. "When I needed to have a circuit checked out for problems, I contacted Safe Electric because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage. I would highly recommend Safe Electric for any electrical needs. They were reasonably priced, professional, and got the work done right."

Initial contact clearly explained pricing and expectations for my repairs (removal/replacement of two bathroom sinks/faucets and the replacement of water lines/sink piping). "After requesting three separate bids, we decided to go with Bicking Electric based on prompt follow up, excellent customer service (Erinn) and price. On the scheduled day of the installation, Jeff showed up on time, but quickly realized the light fixture he planned to install was for a two-story foyer. He confirmed that pictures of the space were sent and immediately apologized for the misunderstanding. He tried to rectify the situation by getting the proper ladder required, but was unable to secure it until the following week. Although we had company arriving the next day, we agreed we would reschedule with them. The following Tuesday, Jeff and Ryan arrived on time and quickly brought in the ladder, removed the old light fixture and installed the new chandelier. We appreciate the way both Erinn and Jeff managed through what was initially a disappointing situation…they made it right!"
