Mike Powers responded to my query within seconds. I hadn't even had a chance to create my Angi password yet. Unlike other contractors, he gave me a quote within a week. (One contractor came out twice, then never gave me a quote or answered my follow-up emails. Guess he didn't want my business.) The biggest delay was obtaining the generator I wanted, a Kohler instead of a Generac. But everything was great on Mike's end. His electrical crew was thorough and efficient, as were the sub-contracted plumbers. Now, I just hope I have no need to use it, although I am confident it will work.

Prompt and easy to work with.

We played phone tag but when we got together Mike and his crew were prompt ,and professional and did a excellent job.

We had a few days where we missed each other's phone calls. When we connected Mike was very interested in what I wanted. He initially asked if I needed a whole house Generator. When he came out he again asked me what my goals were. After he verified my needs, he recommended 2 options. An 18kw unit would be the his suggestion. I had 2 other companies cone out and they recommended the 20kw solution. Spoke to Mike again and he did have a 20kw unit available. The 28kw was on Backorder. Armed with the quotes from the 3 companies, Mike not only had the Best Price, didn't try to make me do it immediately. The unit itself was over $500.00 cheaper than the price from various other places. His total price was $4,500 less than one of the other companies and over $1,500 less than the other company.

Despite the bad weather this pro showed up and quickly corrected the problem with the generator. He was concerned the weather could cause a power outage and did not want to leave me without heat or lights. Very professional.
