"If you have any needs with garage door, these are your guys!! ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE!! I had an old (spring on each side) garage door system. Couple of days ago, spring on one side snapped and broke. I called and Josh came in on the same day. He replaced the springs but since it was not balancing and being old system, he spent more than 2 hours on getting it right. Unfortunately, it didn't work so he replaced the complete system with a new torsion spring. Needless to say, it works better than the old system and the door is smother and silent. Biggest of at all, he didn't charge me a single extra penny for the replacement and his extra labor. He just charged me the same amount as he quoted in the beginning which was already very reasonable. Josh was extremely professional, helpful and he did an extremely good job. The product that he used was also good quality. I would highly recommend this company!!"

"One of the springs broke on my garage door on Xmas Eve, both cars were in the garage. Innovative came out within 90 minutes of my call and installed a temporary fix which made it possible to use the door until the parts for the permanent fix arrived a few days later. price was very reasonable for the emergency service as was the final repair. I recommend this company for any garage door service that one may need. I have referred Innovative to several of my neighbors that have need work on their garage doors. All have been very satisfied.
