It was a loose wire in bathroom outlet. If I was an electrician, I could have done it myself. Since I'm not, then I pay for a professional. He was very courteous and did a great job. Will call them again.

Starting with a recent phone call request for an EMC Electric technician to visit my home, EMC Electric office secretary, Elizabeth efficiently documented my electrical issue and promptly coordinated a same day service call via technician, Jeremiah. Later that day, Jeremiah arrived at the time specified. He attentively listened to my backstory regarding a rather complicated progression of events dealing with a dedicated clothes washing machine circuit. Given the history of this circuit’s intermittent power issues, he alleviated my concern about a potential fire hazard by performing a diagnostic thermal imagery test at the main electrical service panel and photographed the results. To my relief, no problematic hot spots were detected. In applying his forensic skill set to the complicated history behind this circuit, he successfully fixed my circuitry issue within minutes. All this, within only a few hours from my initial phone call to EMC Electric. I was very impressed by the team’s friendly, responsive and competent approach to providing me with a job-well-done outcome at a reasonable price.
