5 stars all around. I had Nick and Jeff do multiple quotes for a new EV Charging Station Installation at my Townhouse. They worked quickly, their estimates were lower than competitors and they were confident they could do the work cleanly, whereas competitors would've had to do a lot more damage. Nick did the work and he was both fast and clean. He took a very perfect rectangle out of the drywall so it could be easily repaired later. He installed the EV Charger very cleanly and gave advice day of on how we could make sure it looked good. (It had to be installed at my front door as part of HOA requirement, so it was hard to make it look good but he did it). To top it all off, I got a 10% new customer discount on top of the competitive pricing. ð ð ¾

All technicians and the business owners are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All were easy to talk to and helpful when I asked questions about what I should expect as well as what to do if I needed assistance with service and other related things. The company was upfront about costs and what to expect when/if main power goes off and what happens when the generator kicks in/off. I highly recommend First Choice Electrical.

Prompt and clear communications. Very experienced professional service. We had to replace our car charger due to short which burned out the old unit and the electricians from First Choice diagnosed the cause, fixed the problem and installed a better unit. All for the exact same cost as the original estimate which was very reasonable and competitive.
