Our shower turned out so beautiful, we constantly get compliments about it. It looks like something you would see in a luxury hotel or design magazine. The quality of work was second to none. Weâ ve had a lot of experience with contractors and other house projects and the level of detail and care Kyle had was unmatched. Very meticulous in everything that he did. No cutting corners. He was also very communicative throughout. Addressed issues along the way and helped talk you through different options to help problem solve with you. Up front about everything and overall was a great experience. The price was very fair and equitable for the quality of work we got. Couldnâ t recommend someone more!

Kyle was the most thorough and proactive general contractor I have worked with. He gave us clear expectations, no question was too big or small for him. He let us know his project plan updates each day and solicited our feedback to make sure we understood and approved of the final project which were all done with exceptionally well.

Kyle and Ally are an excellent team and provide complete project service beyond what typical contractors do. Very friendly and professional with innate experience and understanding of what the homeowner is after. Great network of subs and was there to coordinate their activities. Our home is new construction, we needed some additional electrical outlets and installed a jetted tub with tile surround and backsplash. Beautiful work! We are very pleased and would recommend Kyle to anyone. He is amazing with his care and cleanup, and he returns after completion to make sure he and we are completely satisfied.

Inviting someone into my house that I don't know is something I meet with much apprehension but Kyle eased my anxiety with his honest and open energy. His approach with my newly purchased 107 yr old house was one of respect and appreciation. He was always open to my questions and ideas. He understood my limitations and did his best to meet our needs and guide us towards the direction needed to address our concerns as well as helping plan for future concerns. Our bathroom has a new life and much improved safety, our house is on the road towards another hopefully 100 years. Hes starting us off right and am so grateful to have found him. Hoping to have his assistance in the future.

Kyle is fantastic at what he does, is very accommodating with scheduling, does great work, explains things fully, helpfully answers questions and was friendly and polite throughout. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there were a handful of errors in the quoting and contract which led to some frustration and confusion. We got it sorted out, and the job completed successfully. Despite that, I would recommend Kyle to anyone looking for quality work done efficiently and fairly!

Kyles Tile & Construction came in to address a prior contractor's lack of design and management of a remodel. The beginning work was effective and timely. However, when additional issues (older home) came up, the lack of communication and push on the timeline caused the quality of the work to dimension. I did speak with Kyle as he was over his head in overseeing such a large project and got rushed. It was an effective discussion. The downside, his business did not finish the project and left a number of items either in poor quality or incomplete. My hope is over time, he gains experience and the ability to handle large project.

Kyle King went way above and beyond what I think probably any other contractor would have done. I needed a garage staircase (full flight) pretty much completely rebuilt and a cargo hoist put in to haul groceries and luggage up and down. I couldn't get another contractor to even call me back once he heard the scope of the job. Kyle took the time to sit down with me more than once to strategize about how we could even make this work. No, it wasn't cheap because it involved some custom-built elements, but he got the job done, on time, and it looked great.
