"David and crew were GREAT! I started laying out the project late fall of 2014 when I had an inground cement pool removed and with a few tweaks the work was done in early May 2015 when the weather and ground was in shape to work. They put in a brick paver patio that I lovingly call "Cleo Patio" (looks like the profile of Cleopatra), built a raised garden, graded and placed weed block and mulch. They showed up when they said they would, the price was what they quoted and even came back to finish an area that had to be left open after the main job was done, no problem. I'd have them back anytime."

"We had previously worked with another contractor to complete an addition to our house, and poor craftsmanship from that initial remodel led to the need to have several rooms renovated for a second time. Derrick was able to begin work promptly and did a complete remodel of our livingroom, bedroom, deck and basement, including installation of new windows, lighting, ceilings, walls, paint, flooring, electrical, insulation, a new custom trex deck, and numerous other details. The main takeaway for me is that it's important to get a quality builder for all of your projects. Contrasting Derrick's work with the work that was done by the previous contractor really made the differences stand out. For example, in the painting that was done by the prior contractor, if you catch it in the right light, you can see that there are patches of lighter and darker areas. In the rooms that Derrick remodeled, we have had guests comment on how nice the paint looks (and these are not people that had seen the prior condition, they were literally amazed by the paint in the room after seeing it for the first time). It's just the small things that stand out. I would definitely hire this company for all future remodels that they do and have will recommend them to neighbors and friends doing rebuilds and remodels."

"We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. "Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"
