  Comment: I would like to get an estimate for Hello, I'm in a joint tenancy on a home with my mother. The home is an extreme fixer-upper but it is owned outright so I would prefer to save it if we can. Many things need to be brought up to code and repaired. The current priority is the electrical circuit breaker box and water pump are not communicating properly and therefore preventing any water from getting to the home. I need an estimate for this project but if possible I'd like an estimate for the rest of the houses bare minimum repairs (i.e finishing a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, floor, ceiling repairs throughout the home, etc) We have considered ourselves relatively capable of repairing things over the years but we are officially in over our head and it's causing a strain on our relationship. I did recently get a job paying a livable wage so I'm hoping I can finally afford help. Thank you. Single story small/tiny home, two bedroom, one small bathroom, living room and kitchen are combined. Unfinished Michigan basement, attic, well water. Large yard (possible space for a crew to spread out) and wooded area. Neighbors are family so the chances of noise complaints are minimal if not nonexistent. I'm perfectly willing to make payments over a period of time if that is a possibility as well. I am moving out myself (the worksite would be available 24/7) but I'd like to leave the house in good condition when I do.
