This project was signed for in June and they still have not completed it. It has leaked water onto the particle board floor so many times I can not count! The workers just wanted to caulk the leaks and leave the ruined floor. I finally contacted a lawyer. I paid $66,000 for this sunroom that is probably worth $20,000. I am the fool for signing the contract before I had my sons read it. I cannot get my money back! I would never hire Patio Enclosures to build anything again and I do not recommend them!

Many issues have arisen the past year including supply-chain & labor shortages, as well as exponential growth within our company.
