From the very beginning, Tomas was friendly and informative when starting my roofing project. He listened and answered all my question and provided information on how the project progresses from beginning to end. I called several roofing companies but Pacific Ridge Roofing contractors were the only ones to take time to explain the project and literally teach me how a roofing system works. The costs were within ranges of other roofing companies but the customer care was exceptional. I feel fortunate to have found them. The project was supervised by Mike Bianco, who was also as friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the proposal line by line, and made adjustments to the proposal at my request to clarify what exactly would be done, what materials would be used, and how the project would proceed. He explained everything clearly with patience and with descriptions I could understand. The roofers were professional and hard-working. They were careful and avoided damaging the garden and trees surrounding the house and garage. They even worked on the weekend to keep the work on track. Everything was timely and completed as scheduled. Mike went out of his way to inspect the attic and assess the location and state of the current venting system and make recommendations for the location of new vents to ensure proper ventilation of the attic. He personally dug around the attic insulation to determine the location (or lack thereof) of ducts venting the bathroom and the kitchen fans. You couldn’t ask for a better person to care for your home as much as you do. I have no hesitation recommending Pacific Ridge Roofing highly to anyone who wants a quality roof installed by professional and friendly contractors. I enjoyed working with them and feel confident they will give any homeowner the attention you deserve on such a crucial aspect of your home improvement project.

Mike and crew were excellent. We needed a roof inspection for a home sale and a small repair on a TPO roof. The replaced the section of TPO. They fit us in quickly and have been a pleasure to work with. We’re planning to use them for more work in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for roofing needs.

I had an old cedar roof that needed replaced quickly ..I researched and called 7 companies decided on Pacific Ridge roofing ..the owner responded quickly and gave an honest bid ..explained the whole process ..They worked through poor weather and kept in contact with me regarding what was done each day ..it was a big project and I had piece of mind knowing all was being taken care of ..this company had great customer service , listend to my questions and concerns and was not pushy but knowledgeable and caring I would recommend them to all of my friends and family..as well as neighbors. The end result was very favorable and they used a great product that looks amazing.
