We purchased a Trane high efficiency furnace and air conditioner from Just Right Air in October, 2014.  We solicited five bids from local contractors for the installation. Tom Talboys, Salesman, at Just Right Air was the only person to actually measure and calculate my home's requirements.  Just Right Air provided a very fair bid for the job. Frank, the technician, and his assistant were on time for the installation and completed the furnace the first day to ensure we had heat during a dip in the temperature.  Frank's installation work was excellent.  Frank took the time to do a quality job and it was done very professionally.  He was very careful not to cause any damage to our carpeting or furnishings.  He explained the operation of the furnace, air conditioner and a new IAQ touch screen thermostat and offered help if we had any questions. We had a very positive experience with all of Just Right Air's personnel.   We would recommend the company to anyone wanting a quality, professional installation at a fair price.

The other Sunday was a little colder and time to check out the furnace and I found that the furnace didn't turn on. Monday I called Just Right Air and spoke with Erica. She answered the phone using her name, indicating that the call was important to her and that she was taking ownership of the call and my situation and not just "passing the buck". On a side note I have been doing some form of Customer Service since 1958, Yes I'm that old ;-) so I know my stuff! Erica listened to my sad tale while I explained that during my trouble shooting I had concluded that the problem was the furnace and not the thermostat. She asked if I would like to talk to one of the technicians in case it was fixable by me. Clearly they are not interested in getting your money on a phony service call, just providing a great service. We both concluded that it was the furnace and I set up an appointment for an estimate. Tony arrived the next morning and provided me with an estimate which met all my needs and was priced accordingly. When Frank arrived with the new furnace he got right to work and although I was not there when he finished I understand that everything was just the way it should be and done on time. When Tony and Frank were in my home they treated it with the respect it deserved and wore shoe covers while they were there. I am really pleased with their work and their service. In the event that the A/C goes out I will ONLY consider Just Right Air. Not to use Just Right Air is just plain NUTS. GREAT JOB FOLKS YOU ARE AWESOME.

My daughter has only a half day off per week. Setting up appointment for home maintenance can be hard because the times are so ambiguous. Just Right Air came on time, performed the service we had bought a coupon for (furnace tune up) and were pleasant to work with. We appreciated their professionalism.

The representative spent the necessary effort and time via emails and phone calls to establish what system we needed. There were several choices we had to make, balancing cost and features and we appreciated the intention to provide us the technical information. The thermostat controls are very intuitive and an excellent choice. Within a couple weeks of installation, I was able to test out both the cooling and heating, which were effective. The contractors were easy to work with and did what they said they would do.

These guys never disappoint any time I have used them. We have a 5000 sq ft, 3 level home with an upstairs Master Suite that just bakes in the summer months. In July, August and September, we end up sleeping in the guest bedroom in the basement because the upstairs is unlivable. In the winter, the basement is very cold and its difficult to spend time down there without firing up the space heaters. Unfortunately, the previous owner only installed a single condenser and furnace and it simply cannot keep up in the summer. Tom came over and gave us a consult on establishing a three zone damper system for our heating and air-conditioning system to mitigate the temperature disparity. He was very thorough in explaining how it worked, what kind of results we could reasonably expect and the costs associated. We agreed that it would be a more cost effective and less invasive option than installing an additional furnace in the attic and having to reduct. John, Frank & Kevin showed up for three consecutive days to complete the install. They were on time each day, put down tarps over the carpet and were very clean and tidy. They cleaned up their tools each day before leaving. They were friendly, personable and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my home each day after I let them in in the morning. When the install was complete, John walked me through the system and explained the work they had done. Their professionalism and expertise are unmatched. If you are looking for a great HVAC company that is reliable and affordable, give these guys a call!

We had a high efficiency filter system added to our furnace-a/c to help me breathe during our inversions. The technician (Jordan?) was very professional and quick. It was pretty entertaining to watch him build a ductwork section as ably as he did. We are pleased with the results so far. I listed price as n/a because Just Right had what I think will help and was recommended. Price was a lesser concern.

The gentleman who performed the service was very professional and answered any questions I had about the condition of our heating system, as well as suggestions to improve the efficiency when we have to replace the furnace.
