They were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

My service call was more professional than expected, based on my experience with other Heating Companies. The repairman checked my furnace, even though the problem has been solved with my thermostat. My furnace was checked for future trouble bubbles and serviceman explained his concerns based on some of the evidence that he saw with possible oil leak.

Tony at Just Right does an excellent job! He checks everything regarding your heating and cooling system and is very professional. Just Right is the BEST and HONEST company I have every dealt with and highly recommend them!!

Ron was the lead worker and he and Jake did a great job!!! They explained everything that they were doing and made us feel very comfortable with the work. It turned out to be much more work than the estimator said because of the small space for the furnace and the fact that I didn't have a return air vent in the basement. They had to move out the water heater to put the furnace in. In addition to that they put PVC pipe from the furnace through the garage out through the foundation to the outside for my return air. It was a very good experience and I plan on using them in the future!!!

Excellent service

This work was included as part of our original purchase of a complete heating/cooling system from them. All of the technicians that we have come into contact with from Just Right have been...just right!

Zackary Braswell was the tech that fixed our problem with freezing coils. He explained the problem, submitted a report with great detail. He was very neat and left no mess. Most pleasant and I would recommend him always! Just Right Air is a great company that we not only use but decided to buy both a furnace and eventually an air conditioner from so both appliances were from the same company with the same service. Nice to have professionalism!

Great Job. Work completed as promised.

I installed 2 air conditioners and 2 furnaces. The technicians who came to do the install - Allan and his team did a very professional clean install. They knew what they were doing, kept me updated with everything. I was very impressed and satisfied. But I have to say the sales team was not as professional. To get a quote I had to call multiple times to set up an appointment and after John came to see my house, he did not like other companies work out the quote then. He said he will email me later and I had to call multiple times to the office to get that email. Finally he did work out the job, did not clarify method of payment, took the deposit over phone via credit card and told me pay via same method the remaining balance when job done. When it came to paying the remaining balance - the final invoice did not have the deposit deducted and I was told to pay via check if I wanted that price. I had to again call 3-4 times the office to make the payment, and again no one knew what the other person had told me. I did not have the final invoice etc and to have someone come take the final payment and give me my documents again was a phone tag. Polite staff but seems there is not good communication between sales person, office team. I would have wanted to give 5 star, it’s not everyday that someone has a company put in 2 ACs and 2 furnaces at one place, but I will give 4 stars due to the confusion that the sales team created and me having to call multiple times the office to get to someone.
