Just Right Air had installed this furnace a year or two ago. The furnace started having intermittent issues, which are always difficult to diagnose. But the technician went through the operation of the furnace very methodically. Ultimately he located a wire that was loose in a connector. After reseating the wire, the furnace was operating properly. It was been fine since. It was very comforting to have a technician who was very versed in the operation of the furnace. I would recommend Just Right Air very highly. From expert advice in choosing an appropriate furnace, to very professional installation and repair, I would not hesitate to recommend Just Right Air to anyone.

And thanks for the great review. We're pretty proud of Zachary too... he's only been with us for a short time, but he just keeps getting better and better.
It went okay. He came out, did his diagnostics, then cleared out a line. I'm always a little puzzled by the pricing structure of these types of companies and visits. I get that traveling to my house takes time. But it cost $95 for the diagnostic, which took 10 minutes, and $50 to clear out a line, which took another 5 minutes. But as far as I can tell, the leak is gone.

It might help for you to know that each technician is basically driving a traveling parts store, this allows us to make a repair in just a few minutes when we know that time is our customer'[Member Information Removed] most valuable commodity. Because he arrives in a fully stocked truck, and because he spends at least 100 hours a year in training, he is able to quickly diagnose and fix most problems, you got to experience that. Of course, there is a cost for keeping the trucks running and fully stocked and the technicians trained in the latest know-how. And thankfully you only have to pay a very small proportional part of that. Thanks for your business!

The job was completed in a timely manner. The technician was professional, clean, and responsive throughout. We will definitely use this company and their services again.

The part was available at the time of the service call. It took approximately 2 hrs to replace the fan motor. The service man was knowledgeable and polite. The service seemed expensive for what was done. The fan motor probably cost the company $50 - $100. The cost of the repair and visit was $475.
Hit or miss. Family run business with tons of nepotism and sarcasm. Last conversation tech refused to issue check a wall furnace and rep over phone said, "I don't even know why you use out service!" Like ***?! Really! Then stop harassing me with emails unsolicited mailers, etc. I was with this company after the Great Recession when times were SLOW in '13 and this is how they show their gratitude! Where does your family get off!

We are [Member Information Removed] small family-owned company where the sons of the owner work, which is the case in many family businesses. You expressed [Member Information Removed] desire not to work with the sons, to which our dispatcher did -- politely -- ask you why you choose to do business with us when you had such clear distain for the owner'[Member Information Removed] family.
