They went through everything and they showed us what they were doing and where they were putting it. They showed us the product. Everything went fine. They were very knowledgeable. They had to come back once and fix something. They were very good about cleanup. They did it all professionally and they took care of everything. They didn't get anything dirty or messy. It was very fast. They had it done within a day and a half. It is under warranty. We even asked them to add one thing and they did it.

Good service, identified an issue with our system and reminded us that we had a home warranty that would cover adding refrigerant.  Saved us about $500.00.  Will use again in the future for ongoing maintenance.

They fixed everything and got it running in an hour. He was straight forward and honored the coupon from Angies list.

Very smooth and helpful service.  The service worker even went above and beyond to offer opinion on how to optimally run the systems I have.

They were professional, showed up on time, completed the work in one day, cleaned up their mess, and we had no issues with them. They worse fabric slippers to prevent dirt around our house and will perform a follow up to the inspection.

Jeff from Just Right came out to look at my non-functioning AC system. I'd previously had two different well-known local HVAC companies come out; one company told me I needed a $1200 repair inside the central unit (furnace) but would not guarantee that it would actually solve the problem or offer a refund if it didn't...and another company that just wanted to sell me a new $4000 system. Just Right took the time to diagnose the problem...and no, it wasn't the internal problem that that other company suggested. Had I gone with them I would've been out $1200.  What I particularly liked about the experience was that there was zero "pitch" or pressure to buy a new system or go with a particular service. I was presented several options (diagnosis only, removal of defective unit, partial replacement or complete new system) and given prices on each option. And I say this again, no pressure on a particular option. I ended up choosing to replace the condenser and compressor (the outdoor parts). This option cost about half of what a basic [full/complete] new system would cost. My house is now comfy in the heat and I didn't have to break my budget. Thanks Jeff & Just Right!

As part of finishing the basement, I had asbestos removed from a 1928 house.  It was easier to remove the asbestos by demolishing the old ductwork, plus we wanted new ductwork with a lower profile.  My contractor brought in 3 companies for a bid.  Just Right wasn't the least expensive, but you could tell they "got it".  They knew we intended to finish the basement, and looked for ways to help maximize headroom.  They did a great job in keeping the ductwork neat and tight.  They ran new exaust vents for the dryer and for a new bathroom.  They also had to fashion custom connections between the new ductwork and the upstairs vents -- large in wall vents, not the 12" floor registers you'd find in new homes.  The did a great job, and were able to work on short notice.  They added new ductwork the day after the old asbestos ductwork was removed, so the house was not without heat for long.

Install went great, everything works/looks better than expected.  Bonus was that this system was the best spec'ed of all the bids, and least expensive by far!  When first hot day arrived, AC was having a little difficulty keeping up - the owner, Dan, showed up within an hour of our call and made sure freon charge was right (originally charged up on a very cold day) and everything is working great (much better than the old system!).

Since it is slated to get up into the 90's this weekend, we figured that we would find a HVAC company to do an AC tune up asap!  Being new to Angie's List (signed up 5/7/13), we looked up HVAC and found Just Right Heating and Cooling.  I called them and they agreed to send out a tech the same afternoon! Jeff arrived, put shoe covers on (a nice touch considering it was raining), and proceeded to service the AC.  He was very professional in explaining what he was going to do, then giving me details on how the unit was running. I am very pleased with their service and technician.  I will use them in the future!
