Called Just Right Heating and Cooling and they were very prompted at getting me on the schedule and giving me a specific time for my appointment.  The service guy showed up on time and was very polite and professional.  He tested and cleaned the entire AC unit.  He explained the entire process and was very conscious not to damage or dirty my home.  I would recommend Just Right Heating and Cooling for any needs your heating and cooling system may need.

Mike was very specific about the type of cleaning the furnace and blower needed.  He also discovered that the outside unit was frozen.  We had some clogged coils and he was able to determine that the furnace and coils needed a good cleaning.  After going over the details of what he would do, I authorized him to go forward.  Once he completed the job, he told us our air conditioning unit was about 10 years old and has plenty of life in it.  We are nowhere near needing a new one as a previous company had suggested to us.  He recommended having a tune up every other year for maintenance.  I felt I could trust him as soon as he started explaining everything to me and also felt confident he would complete the job in the amount of time he said he would, and that the estimate would be accurate in the end as it was.  I am grateful we found this company and I will definitely put them on my permanent list of service companies!

They were great.  They came in and found a very small problem and fixed it quickly.  They showed me how I could take care of it the next time which was really good.

Our furnace went out when we were out of town and had construction people working there (fortunately)!  We researched several companies through Angie's List and received bids from 3 companies.  Just Right's bid came in with the furnace closest to the size and type we wanted with the best price.  Because our previous furnace only had 2 wires going to the thermostat and the newer efficiency furnaces require 3-wires, they had to install a fancy expensive thermostat, which they did at no extra charge.  When we arrived back at our place, the thermostat wasn't allowing us to program it.  However, when I called Dan Deardon and explained, he came right out that day and reprogrammed the thermostat and it is working beautifully now.

The repairman arrived promptly and went through some troubleshooting to determine the cause of the furnace malfunction. He discussed different repair options with us. He did not have the needed part on-hand, so he did a temporary fix to get us heat until he could return the following week with the part. We were very pleased with his work.

Overall, the experience was outstanding.
