Installation went well, but we noticed the new Trane furnace was noisier and not as efficient as our old furnace. A supervisor came out and made some adjustments. The noise is still a little bit of an issue, but not nearly as much as before. Efficiency is good.

I purchased a condo in Salt Lake City this past year. When it was time for the annual spring maintenance on my rooftop central AC unit, I found Just Right Air on Angie's list and decided to give them a try based on positive reviews and a 50% off coupon for any tune ups offered to Angie's List members. The technicians arrived on time, were dressed professionally, and went right to work servicing and cleaning the air conditioning unit. They also checked my furnace and the humidifier system. When the cleaning and maintenance tasks were complete, I was given the checklist they use to ensure a comprehensive service call. It listed all tests that were performed along with the results and any recommendations for service. It was apparent from our conversation and review of the checklist that the technicians were both extremely knowledgeable and thorough in servicing my HVAC. The technician also took the time to demonstrate the operation and maintenance of each piece of equipment including the digital thermostat that controls all components of my system. (The previous owner did not leave any manuals.). JRA also fixed an issue with the drip pan that my water heater sits in at a reasonable additional cost. (A plumbing service --My Buddy the Plumber--said it could only be fixed by first removing the new water heater they had just installed and then reinstalling it. Thankfully, this was not the case.) I decided to sign up for one of the maintenance plans that Just Right Air offers. Not only are their plans cost-effective, but enrollment puts you on their 'priority list' for priority service. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Just Right Air, and I highly recommend this company to others.

We just recently bought a home and every time we have to find a company for something home related I stress out trying to find someone I can trust. I am nervous about having people in my home and even more nervous about quality and honesty. After reading hundreds of reviews and calling around for quotes I chose Just Right Air. They were not the cheapest, but I quickly learned you get what you pay for-- they were seriously worth every penny. We hired them to do a yearly check up and service on our two furnaces. We live in a 60 year-old home that has given us experiences that parallel the experiences seen in the movie The Money Pit. I was so nervous that we would have 100 million things wrong with one or both of the furnaces. Jason showed up on time and was very nice, he spent almost 3 hours servicing and checking the furnaces, I couldn't believe how much time and care he spent. Thankfully we only had a small issue with some CO detectors that he had a safe and relitively affordable solution to. He is well educated in his field and was able to clearly communicate everything. He didn't make me feel dumb with my endless list of questions, nor did he make me feel rushed or that he was in a hurry to his next job. Even my dad (who is a skeptical cheap skate that thinks everything has to be DIY) commented on how impressed he was with the inspection and service. We have had close to 20 different service providers for various things in our home in the last year and this was the best experience with a service provider we have had! I would recommend this company to every person I meet, I am so so glad I took a chance on them!

The service they provide is EXCELLENT!  We first used Just Right Air after another company had installed a new furnace in our home, and the new furnace wouldn't work - even after repeated follow up visits by the installing company.  Just Right Air came out and corrected the issues on their first visit. Our air conditioning stopped working correctly one summer, and a newly hired technician that came out couldn't figure out why it wouldn't cool the house the way it should.  He called the office, and the owner of the company came out immediately and was able to resolve the problem immediately - and provide a learning experience to his newly hired employee. Just Right Air will go to any length to resolve issues and to provide excellent customer service.  I've never worked with a company I trust as much as I trust Just Right Air.  I recommend them whenever anyone is having problems with their heating or cooling systems.

The technician was on-time and professional. He quickly setup the wireless thermostat and answered questions and explained the process because i was planning to install the upstairs wireless myself. He quickly finished the install and had it up and running. He hung around for awhile answering other HVAC questions and then charged the agreed upon price. They are on the top of my list for HVAC companies.

I explained our issue and what i thought the issue was ... He walk through a couple of checks and instantly new the problem the proceed with the repair.. and within minutes our evening began to cool down...  

It's good.  They were here last week.  The price was really cheap because I argued about it.  It might have been $145 or something like that.  I thought the guy was friendly.  They had put it in a year ago and he didn't know that but I argued with him that it had a leak and how could that be since they hardly had installed it and that's why they fixed it, they put in the sealant, which was very expensive but for free.  They just charged me for the freon and they didn't even charge me full price for the call out so I thought the price turned out to be very fair.  We were happy with the service.

Just Rite Air went above and beyond my expectations. A couple of years ago, I met with a competitor of Just Right Air to get a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner installed. It was the worst experience that I have ever had.
