ES America provided the quickest and most comprehensive response. It was encouraging to know that our home will be restored fast and professionally so as to have minimal influence on the overall remodeling schedule. ES America maintained good communication with us throughout the duration of the project, and all work was finished as promised and several days early. The Environmental Services of America staff performed a fantastic job on our demolition project last week. From beginning to end, I was impressed with this company's business practices. Eli, their estimator, was timely and efficient, and he provided regular updates on the project's progress. I was astonished at how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule, given how busy the construction industry is currently. They met the task head-on, and although they encountered a few obstacles, they remained optimistic and ensured that we were happy. All of their personnel with whom I interacted were kind and diligent, which is significant. I was initially concerned about dust control with all the plaster removal, etc., but they exceeded my expectations as the surrounding rooms and corridor was left spotless. Because I was concerned about Asbestos, a local contractor suggested that I contact Environmental Services of America. Es America was a breeze to work with right from the start. I received a prompt response and was booked for a test at a time that worked best for my schedule. Less than 12 hours later, Eli was at my house to collect samples and listen to my worries about this. If we ever decide to perform more work on the house, he pointed us other spots that may or may not have asbestos. The findings of the tests were delivered to us the same day, and he then called to discuss them with us further. After listening to our worries and inquiries, Eli offered suggestions and reassured us that we were on the right track. I thought he was very thorough, but he didn't try to extort money from us with unneeded tests. Using this firm was an excellent decision on my part! I would highly recommend utilizing this company!!

Hiring an internet contractor made me nervous at first, but I'm pleased I did. The staff from Es America Inc. performed an excellent job with all elements of our asbestos abatement, including the mastic. Sarah did an excellent job of providing feedback and information during the initial call and early phases, and she continued to give excellent customer service after the contract was signed. On the day of the abatement, the crew arrived on time and described what they were going to perform. The service was carried out exactly as specified, with all members of the crew acting professionally. Es America is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for asbestos removal in east Georgia. We live in Bloomingdale, and after discovering asbestos tile under carpeting in two of our new condo's bedrooms, we were left uneasy and unclear of what to do next.
