Affordable, professional, safe and considerate. Es America removed about 930 sq. ft. of asbestos vinyl tile and black mastic from our basement over the course of about 2 days. The crews that performed the work were helpful, polite, and kept things as clean as possible. Eli was a pleasure to work with, was very accessible, and kept me informed every step of the way. 10/10 - I would not hesitate to have them do any other asbestos work in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Eli and his team. Right from our first meeting, I could tell he was reliable, honest, and concerned. His bids were thorough and his attention to detail was impressive. Most importantly, he and his workers treated my elderly father (the homeowner) with kindness and dignity. His crew was thorough and careful the whole way through; they described what they were doing in great detail, and the end result was a basement free of asbestos. There were some unforeseen complications, but they were resolved at no extra cost. An excellent companion and a lovely man.

This was one of the nicest buying experiences I've had in a long time. Eli and Sarah are responsive, on time, knowledgeable, follow up, share information, etc... ES America was willing to taste and have Eli spend time with me at the house describing what he was searching for and sharing his general information. They sent a follow-up sample, answered emails, and were very thorough. Sometimes you find hidden gems. Customer service is usually a corporate or service industry thing. I found it in construction. Es America was a prayer answered! I had been working with a prior contractor for several months and had reached my limit. I prayed to God for help. A trustworthy and responsible answer to asbestos removal in my house. I chose Es America from a list of various firms that came up in a Google search. On Wednesday, I chatted with them. By Saturday morning, Es America had contacted my adjuster and had obtained his clearance in less than 24 hours. They were courteous, professional, and gave good service. I cannot recommend these highly enough!
