As a first-time homeowner, I can't express how much I appreciate Es America's consideration, sensitivity, and exceptional service. It's possible that this is the best company I've worked with in years. Prior to a plumbing repair under our foundation, we had a probable asbestos floor in our kitchen. I contacted Es America, and they responded within an hour. Eli was at our house within a day to inspect the floor. He was really courteous and answered all of my inquiries. The results were obtained in less than 24 hours. Sure enough, the results were positive (as the plumber suspected). Environmental Services Of America arrived ten days after the positive test results to abate the floor before we repaired it. The abatement process was painless, quick, efficient, professional, and secure. The communication with the personnel was outstanding. This company comes highly recommended by me.

Eli and Mike were very professional and thorough throughout the whole process. They made sure that we were comfortable with everything they were going to do before the crew went to work, doing a walk through of the house and speaking with us about how they planned to do the abatement and what would be kept/cleaned and what was being removed. When you think of rebuilding and asbestos, you probably think of headaches, but not when you think of Es America. From start to finish, they were absolutely great and simple to deal with. Environmental Services Of America has my highest recommendation. Without a doubt, I suggest it! I started my search with the Georgia list of certified asbestos abatement businesses. I compared that list to the results of a Google search. Interestingly, many of the ones on Google weren't on the certified list, which significantly limited my search. Es America came in and stayed to finish the job while I was away. They showed me photographs of how they safeguarded the area they were working on because I couldn't be there. It gave me a great sense of comfort to know they were protecting me and my family from infection, and that they went to the bother of texting me images of how they were doing it. After the task was completed, the surfaces were washed clean, and any locations where there had been garbage or sheet rock dust before to their arrival were now wiped clean and immaculate. They certainly took precautions to avoid contamination.
