I strongly recommend Environmental Services Of America if you ever need to have any work done on your property. Our basement's asbestos tiles needed to be removed in order to rebuild its floor. A day after getting in touch with him, I was able to book an appointment with him for the completion of my project. In only one day, he and his crew completed the abatement work. As a result, the basement was completely cleaned, and its air quality was evaluated to verify that it would be safe . Honestly, I couldn't have wished for anything better!

What set them unique was that, even in these times of pandemic, their representative Eli came in person the same day to collect a sample, while delicately discussing my options. Other companies required that I supply images before they would follow up or schedule an onsite visit. According to the sources I consulted, Es America provided their estimate, which was extremely competitive, and once accepted, Es America lifted the weight of the operation off my shoulders. On the day of the removal, they arrived on schedule and prepared. I'd want to emphasize that I like the fact that I interacted with the same individual throughout, which aided communication. The original meeting is usually conducted by one person, while the operations are directed by another, which might lead to some misunderstanding. In this regard, I feel that having a smaller firm suits them well. No, this isn't a big-name brand, but they know what they're talking about. I done a lot of research in the hopes that I wouldn't have to go through this. At the end of the day, I am very glad I chose this company. We took a couple samples from my father's house to be tested for asbestos a few months ago (Built in 1961). Es-America dispatched them for testing. They were negative, which was fantastic. The reports were simple to read and provided you with peace of mind. So, when we acquired our house last month and decided to test the popcorn ceiling (the house was built in 1978), we used Es-America as well. This time, however, it was positive. As a result, we hired Es-America to conduct the removal. The popcorn ceiling covered the entire house, so it was a large job. Every day, they arrived promptly and on time. They worked quickly and with great courtesy. They also made it a point to clean up every day and dispose of the asbestos properly. It took five days to complete the entire house, but they did an excellent job. After the removal, the air tests came back negative, and I now have documentation proving that the asbestos was handled and disposed of properly. We can now sleep soundly. I just wanted to let the entire team know that they did an excellent job and that we are overjoyed that everything is finished! Es-America Removal is the finest!! I would suggest them to anybody!!

I recently purchased a home that contains asbestos. Environmental Services of America did an excellent job on our restrooms. They were extremely professional, efficient, and tidy. Bathrooms are completely asbestos-free. I am blown away by the work.

Wow!! What a fantastic work!! Mike and his crew are well-informed, kind, and responsive. They worked with our construction timeline, modified their timetable, and arrived when they said they would. From the first inspection and quote to the actual removal of asbestos, we had a very pleasant experience with Environmental Services of America. Everything you could want in a contractor. We employed them for both asbestos removal and pipe insulation replacement/repair. Overall, I'm really satisfied. Except for the asbestos, I couldn't tell they'd been in the house after they departed. Company that comes highly recommended.
