We were concerned that the popcorn on our ceilings might contain asbestos. It was a pleasure speaking with Eli; he was able to provide me with some pricing details over the phone. He showed up the next day and made an offer on the spot. It was done in a flash. However, he advised me to wait for the results of the asbestos test, which I was expecting to be positive for asbestos at the time. Fortunately, the results of the test were negative, so I'm pleased I waited. It was a wonderful surprise! Environmental Services Of America was hired to remove approximately 1200 square feet of vinyl flooring from our basement. They responded swiftly to my request for a quote and then worked us into their timetable. Eli and Mike arrived on time at 7 a.m. on the planned day and did an outstanding job. They led me through the process and were there to answer my queries during the majority of the job. They worked fast and methodically, and finished the job earlier than expected. They left an extremely clean work site with no evidence of their presence. I've attached a before and after photo as well as numerous after photos. There are evidence of the flooring from some of the glue left on the concrete, but other than that, it's difficult to tell that anything was there before. I would gladly suggest Environmental Services Of America to my friends and family. Truly a first-rate organization!

Couple years ago, my fiancée and I purchased our first house and it required a lot of work. When finally addressing the big project of remodeling our kitchen, we were surprised at all the layers of flooring. Since it was a 61 year old house as well, we had some worries of one of the strata having asbestos. I called Es America and Mike immediately came out the same day and collected samples of each layer and had them analyzed for us at a lab. As anticipated, one of them was asbestos. Rather of trying to remove it ourselves and creating a health concern, we allowed Es america to come out to remove it securely. They were very quick, professional, and left the house clean. We were at a loss for what to do and how to proceed after a devastating asbestos contamination. I had five contractors come out, one of whom being Eli from Es America. Eli was by far the most professional and polite of the group. We opted to sign with Es america after much deliberation and a few follow-up conversations. We failed the initial air test due to the sheer number of asbestos fibers released into the air, but Eli and Es America fixed it. Finally, the final air testing revealed that the level of asbestos in the air was undetectable. It was a tremendous effort that we would not have been able to finish without their assistance.
