They did everything. I guess what I liked the most was, because the house was so old, they reevaluated the airflow and added another the square footage and the exchange. It's not where the heat comes out. It's where it exits. They evaluated all that. I think he forgot to go over what kind of thermostat I was going to get or what my options were. I don't have any recommendations. They were good. I got at least 4 estimates.

First rate from beginning to end. Dean presented the basic solution (similar in scope and price to the three other proposals that I obtained) and offered a couple of upgrades based on his experiences with homes of similar age and construction. The others offered upgrades that would have required the furnace to be replaced also (for thousands more). Instead of the basic 2 ton, 14 SEER unit everyone offers, I went with a 2.5 ton, 16 SEER unit, for only a few hundred more. The two installers worked as a team. It seemed each knew what the other was doing and the install was less than 3 hours.Thanks Dean and Dayco

After getting four quotes from different companies both small and large it was refreshing to meet Philip with Dayco Systems. He is not a pushy salesman trying to sell you a system. He quoted 4 different systems for my upstairs. Pricing was very competitive as it was on the lower end compared to other quotes I received. The installation team of Jacob and Taylor were great. I'm looking forward to the heat next summer to see how my new AC system works.

I have been using Dayco since 2013 for my preventative maintenance for my home in Acworth. I have had small issues in the past, needing to request a different technician. It is my belief that we pay people for their expertise, not just their reputation. I spoke to the owner when I had the problem with a tech and he promptly switched the tech out for a different one. Only to have the next service with the same guy I had the problem with before. Well guess what? Today is one September 22nd. I received a call from Jenna at Dayco asking me to schedule my summer service and fall service together. Really? I asked her, "What you really mean is you want to renew my service for the fall, for another year, even though you completely neglected to perform my summer service?" She could say nothing other than yes, with the excuse that they had a lot of calls for a/c service being out. For me that is no excuse, and yet the best excuse for my cancellation of preventative maintenance. I will be using my costco rep. Ty for your time Dayco. I am glad business has been so amazing for you.

Thank you for providing feedback, and we do apologize for the miscommunication in your technician preference. At Dayco, we strive to meet and exceed all of our customers' needs with exceptional service and performance. Our bi-annual Planned Maintenance Agreement visits are scheduled at the beginning of the spring and fall season, by postcard, text or email, depending on each valued customers' preference. Unfortunately, we are unable to perform maintenance on a heating and air conditioning system without access to the inside of the home, so when a customer can't be reached after these attempts to schedule, we allocate our technicians to our incoming service requests.
