Has excellent knowledge and respect for wildlife and how to resolve issues when wildlife decides to interact negatively with people and their properties. After throughly assessing my attic from inside and outside and any other possible entries in the structure of my roof including taking videos of the bats he explained in detail the problem and his solution. He provided me 2 separate estimates in detail. 1.to humanely remove the bats and 2. for prevention of future infestations including lifetime guarantee on materials and his work. He explained the habits of these bats including migration and when they have their young. He said his work is always humanely done which is a big issue for me. He installed a one way valve with mesh so the bats could only leave but not re-enter. After a few days he returned and again assessed to make sure no bats were left. He carefully cleaned up all the guano the bats left and then installed quality products to prevent any future problems. I am very impressed with this manâ  s respect and knowledge with wildlife and customers, His work ethic is amazing and I would absolutely recommend him."

"I called the contact number after regular hours and the owner (Jack) still answered. He arranged to have his Tech, Eugene, come out the next day to see if a squirrel that had been trying to chew its way into my attic had managed it. Eugene was actually an hour earlier than promised and Jack contacted me about an hour before that to let me know Eugene was on his way. When Eugene got here, he was polite, professional, and thoroughly checked the roof, soffit all around, and the attic to ensure there were no holes or signs of chewing or occupation. He could easily have told me there was a hole someplace I could not see from the ground, but instead he opted for being ethical and let me know I was in the clear.
