Patrick initially came to the house to discuss a crack in the foundation of a newly purchased home I had called him about. While he was here, we found an additional area in the foundation that was leaking water. It had been patched over by the previous homeowner and hidden away so as not to be seen during the home inspection. I ended up having his company fix not only the crack, but waterproof the front wall of the house, which required a sump pump to be installed. His crew that completed the work were here right on time and finished the work in a timely manner. A couple weeks after the job was completed, I had our previous radon system tied into the waterproofing system his team had installed. Upon inspection, it looked liked the installed sump pump wasn’t pumping properly. I called Patrick at Tru and let him know. He sent his team out and they immediately replaced the pump. Great service! I would definitely recommend.

As reflected in the other reviews, Tru Basement did an excellent job and delivered as promised. Patrick's price was reasonable and he went over and above what was required to do this job. He gave an honest assessment and made sure I was satisfied w/the job. He even helped me clean out my basement and got rid of a lot of stuff which had accumulated over the years, including hard to get rid of items. His crew also cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving the mess for us to clean.

Tru Basement did an excellent job with my basement removal of cracks and waterproofing. Patrick took a genuine interest in making sure the three cracks were contained and fixed. His crew did an excellent job with the whole process and cleaned up after them selves. Truly a great crew. Patrick really cares about his work!! Also the price was right!

Tru Basement did an excellent job with my basement mold removal and waterproofing. Patrick took a genuine interest in making sure the mold was contained and away from me and my family. His crew did an excellent job with the removal and the after job clean up. I would definitely recommend Tru basement Waterproofing .
