We had a french drain & 2 sump pumps installed in July 2019. After 7 years of a wet basement every time it rained we have not had 1 drop of water in the last year and we couldnt be happier. Patrick was very upfront and honest. He was also very accomodating with scheduling the work around our financial time table. The piece of mind, in knowing our basement will be dry no matter how much water gets thrown at it, is wonderful. I wish we had contacted TRU Basement Waterproofing years earlier.

I was told there would be a supervisor on the job and that did not occur. The workers did put good effort into the work, but the lack of supervision resulted in a failed job. I now need to hire someone else to regrade the lawn to keep water away from the house!! This is unacceptable from a basement waterproofing company. There were other issues with the job as well. I regret hiring TRU Basement waterproofing.

Sorry to regret Mr. Palombo you misunderstood that the gentleman who came to write up the contract for your services was going to be on site at all times. We always inform our customers that a job foreman will be on site at all times. Maybe there was a little confusion on your part there. We are always clear about that. Second we never did any interior waterproofing for your project. Nor did we do any exterior waterproofing for your project. The project we did for you was an exterior coating on the upper wall above the soil similar to stucco a decorative coating above the soil. You knew that we had to excavate as needed up against the house.
