Had two wonderful experiences working with both the crew and office staff at Tru Basement Waterproofing. Patrick, the owner, was great to work with - I felt at ease with him from the first time we met. He addressed all our concerns about a newly purchased property, and told us that for quite a few of our concerns there was no problem that required any repairs. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. For the repairs that were necessary his pricing was fair and the work was done with attention to detail in every way. I will definitely work with him again for any repairs that fall in his area of expertise.

Hired them to fix a crack in our poured foundation based, put a drain in a window well, and fix the exterior drain pipes from the sump pump and down spouts. They did a really nice job. I was pleased with the work and have confidence that my basement problems are behind me.

Tough job rebuilding a wall under a deck - The crew really worked hard - and, hardly took a break. They were courteous and respectful, and kept us informed of their efforts and schedule. The project took some time, but we were never inconvenienced. The result looks great and will stand longer than the predecessor!

These folks did a good job and were very professional. Explained the entire process and why the job needed to be done a certain way. The crew who performed the work was very good too and worked very quietly(except the drilling of course) and cleaned up very well. Even noted some other items that could be done while performing the work that made the job more complete. A bit pricey but worth it.

Overall happy with the work ( except the steps they rebuilt - included in quote- are not up to code and will need to be redone) but the job was rescheduled twice. I was told it would take one day but they had to come back for 1 hour of work ( one week later) and when they did, they showed up 2 hours before the scheduled time. I do not live there ( which was known) and, eventhought, I understand how busy they are and believe they try doing their best, this was extremely inconvenient. Pricing is a little higher than other companies but their system works.

As always we appreciate our customers, we always try to do the best we can, we did put the steps back exactly as they were taken out. If the steps are not up to code they weren't up to code prior. We answered all your phone calls as soon as they came in and scheduled promptly to get work completed. Your adult daughter was there to let us in to put the steps back regardless if we were there 2 hours early.
