Tru Basement Waterproofing did a fantastic job of waterproofing my crawl space as well as the back perimeter of my house. The job exceeded my expectations and at a very fair price. From the owner to the office staff and the workers everyone was very professional and constantly kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone couldn't be nicer. They even followed up after the work was completed to make sure everything was done as promised and that there was no water problems when we had snow and heavy rain. I was also informed that I could contact them at any point in the future if I had any questions or problems. I would definitely recommend Tru Basement to my family and friends!

Their people came on time and spent the whole day working on our project which was an inside/outside repair to a crack in our poured concrete foundation. They worked tirelessly to dig out the space that the crack was . They didn't take out my bushes but worked around them, which I appreciated. So far so good with the leak since it began to rain when they were finishing the project.. We will have to see how it holds up but I was impressed with the work and the care and respect they took in my home.

The folks from Tru Basement were a pleasure to deal with. From Kay who answered the phone and scheduled the inspection, to Patrick (the owner) who gave a detailed explanation of the process, to the crew who arrived on time and completed the job in two days -- all of them were professional, experienced, and helpful. Patrick also called us back several times to answer questions.

The work was good and the people who work in the company are all very nice to work with. The only item I really have a problem with is that some of the work that was quoted was not able to be done but the cost of the project didn't change. I would just want people to be aware of that.

From start to finish this project went extraordinarily quick. From signed contract to completion was only a week. Both mold and water in the basement were remediated.

Patrick was amazing to work with! I met with 4 other companies but went with Tru Basement because Patrick really listened, we had a tricky problem and he was very creative with his solutions. His pricing was great and he went above and beyond. His crew showed up on time and completed a very challenging job in ONE DAY, great clean up! Even with all of this crazy rain, we have had a BONE DRY basement all spring and summer! I cannot recommend Patrick, his crew and Tru Basement highly enough!
