Out of several estimates, they weren t the lowest, and definitely nit the highest...they were just right. They made me feel very comfortable with the estimate and the knowledge of the job that was needed. Very accommodating with my needs. I HIGHLY recommend them.

They came out promptly and quickly assessed how to fix the issue in the crawl space of my new (old) home and stop the water penetration. They saw me on one of my worst days and were professional, sympathetic and patient with me. They explained exactly what they would do. The work was done promptly, with eye to disrupt my life as little as possible. Everytime the new sump pump dumps water out, I breath a sigh of relief. They solved the problem and the guarantee gives me even more peace of mind. The office team, Amy and Kay, kept me in loop for timing and were super friendly and professionals well.

3 hour one man job to repair a 12x39 long crack where 1 cement slab rested atop another slab, and I was charged $1,300 or $433/hr. I believe $500 would have been a fair charge, but I did not know the job was so easy and would be done so quickly. Quality was a 5 and the technician knew his job. Get more than 1 estimate!!!

Excellent company. They arrived early and worked diligently all day. They were reliable, did exactly what they told me they would do, and explained everything to me. They were careful about containing the dust and cleaned up before they left. They did a terrific job and I highly recommend them. I also liked dealing with Shane. Excellent experience with Tru Basement Waterproofing Inc. with repairs to my foundation. Very professional, efficient, responsive, and friendly all around. Darin came out for a quote immediately to take a look at my issues, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided a competitive price. Amy then followed up to confirm my appointments and made sure I was satisfied with the work after it was complete. Robert and his team were able to start right away and showed up on time - they did an excellent & clean job while keeping me informed along the way. Would definitely do business again.

Patrick came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at my crawl space the day I called them. They gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled a time to fix the problem that very day. They worked exceptionally hard, they showed up at 8 and left close to 6 everyday, then did a few extra hours on a Saturday to finish up. It was all crawl space work, which must have been terrible but they were very professional about it. They cleaned everything up afterwards and it looks amazing. My crawlspace is dry and well insulated again. I could not recommend them more highly.

Workers did a top-notch job, even completing the job on Thanksgiving morning. Moldy drywall was removed along with floor tiles. I have been water free since completion of the job and only wish I would have made this decision many years ago. Would highly reecommend TruBasement. Staff was very friendly and pricing was fair.

The project was top notch. Worker's showed up on time and explained the how the job would be done.Work was done on time. They cleaned up after all work was done both inside and outside.The finished job was great and I now am water free. I highly recommend this company.
