Patrick DeSantis, the owner, came to our home to discuss the issue with my foundation and to offer an appropriate solution. He was very professional and took the time to explain every aspect of the repair. What was most striking to me and my wife was his very detailed presentation. Being in sales myself, this was appreciated. I find this to be lacking in the overall service's business. Patrick put together a quote and spelled out exactly what the expectations would be for the repair inclusive of the job details from the outside to the inside of the foundation. The repair crew that came was also very professional and kept within the same personal and business atmosphere as Patrick. They also took the time to explain every step of the repair. They were very respectful of my home on the outside, landscaping, and inside, keeping the dust contained. They covered the outside with wood to ensure the dirt did not mix with my mulch and inside they put down tarps and plastic to cover my tile floor and white carpeting. When they finished, they checked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. One of the workers even took my hose and cleaned my driveway of any dirt or debris without me asking. The others made sure the front of my street at the curb was swept clean. I was very pleased with the work from beginning to end. We are very pleased with the work TRU did in our crawl space. Joe, the gentleman who did most of the work was always on time and very courteous. He explained everything he was doing. One thing I would suggest is that instead of tarps and cardboard to protect our rugs that they use plastic. The water from back and forth (it was raining) left the rugs wet and smelly. No problem once we shampooed but I step we shouldn't have had to do.
