Needed the side panel to our front door replaced ., it was an odd size and we couldn’t do it ourselves. Our project manager was Chris. He was extremely professional, came when he said he would, called and kept me informed every step of the way. Very satisfied

Joey sold the windows to us and they were installed not long after , much safer feeling now and the price and professionalism were excellent all through the install. . Joey stayed in touch with us updating though out the whole process . Installation was awesome and the guys cleaned up everything when they were done , removing all the old windows and debris . Nice to see people in business that pride themselves on the job and follow up . Thank you again Joey for all your help and was a pleasure to do business with you . Canâ  t recommend them enough !

THEY NEVER COMPLETED PROJECT I HAD TO CHECK ABOVE. Hired a month ago and gave deposit--they delivered materials almost two weeks ago, Kept calling with no response as to when it was going to be completed. Finally got a hold of and they said they were cancelling contract due to miscommunication by us!!!!!! They never communicated with us--stay away. Could have had work done two weeks ago if they would have COMMUNICATED WITH US!!!

Excellent service all the way around. From the initial sales pitch to the installation that was done today. The pricing for 5 PGT high impact windows was very fair and much less expensive than the competition. They look great. Brandon did an excellent job of installing our windows and explaining everything to us. Very professional. Would highly recommend the whole operation.

Hired Window Depot to do a door replacement in 2017. In spite of 3 different measurements (and a 1+ month delay from what has promised), the wrong size door was delivered, causing another delay. Unfortunately, I also experienced several "less than honest" phone calls/ excuses from reps. After much frustration and finally dealing directly with owner directly, install was finally accomplished(and they did discount the price), but I can't recommend them.

I hired Window Depot in 2013, hurricane windows and siding, doors were installed. Excellent value and Installers were awesome. Had minor damage due to Hurricane Irma and contacted (Jack) the owner of company, he came out personally and assessed the damage and assured me No problem and will replace the damaged areas at NO COST to me. I recommend this company to all who desire value and excellent Customer Service. 5 Star company........Chris and his team installed my windows and doors and Ted and his team installed my siding. My house increased in value and looks fantastic. Best investment I ever made. Thanks again Window Depot. Al. D Gulfport, Florida
