Apiece of finishing material was not shipped from the factory for one of the patio doors. The effort to obtain and install the correct piece was accomplished to my complete satisfaction even though the project had been previously paid for in full.

The Installation was reasonably clean, and the installers cleaned up after themselves. I expected a follow up call from the company though but they did not do so.

if you have a sprinkler system and or flower beds around the house under windows they don't care to much about them women they bust off the little nobs for the sprinkler and crush your flowers and they don't wash your windows which they said they do but men aint very good at that and when I gave them a cleaning found that there is a fog in one of the picture windows and they broke one and it took them3 weeks to put it back in they cracked the marble ledge around the window . we have a window that is tilled and not squared they put a shim under it cause that damage they said they would call

I had 2 quotes from 2 companies recommended from Home Advisor and both were a pleasure to talk with. They both were no pressure and would have been comfortable with either but Window Depot offered hurricane windows at one third less, it was a no brainer. Install was done in 5 hours for 8 windows. I know have my curtains open and enjoy the light. I also bought a new A/C from a recommended company and between the windows and A/C, I have turned off my fans and set my thermostat at 79% and am quite comfy. I Can't wait to see my light bill next month.
