While the salesperson does not pay the best attention to detail as he is working up the bid (I had to send it back several times as certain things were left off), the owner Jack and his installation crew are fantastic. The crew caught a flaw in one of the screen's and ordered a replacement before I could even get outside to inspect the work--this is the kind of great attention to detail and customer service that can be expected of this company.

The company's salesman, Dan Lanphere, showed up on time for our appointment. He described the type of windows that were available, outlined how the installation would be performed, and answered all my questions. Everyone involved from Dan to the installer to the owner was courteous, professional and worked as a team to ensure every aspect of the purchase and installation went smoothly and as described. They did a beautiful job. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results.
