They are very professional and deliver what they promise. They bend over backwards for you and are quick to respond to any messages that I have left. Once I placed the order, Jack was very efficient on letting me know the status of the orders, oversaw the work, and personally came out to my house a couple of times to answer any questions I had. I have already recommended them to a couple of people that are thinking about installing new windows.

Very easy to work with, followed up accordingly, and did an excellent job to keep me within my budget without compromising quality. Will use again if needed.

Unlike some of the other companies I met with, The Window Depot did not bring a bag of tricks to show some goofy demonstration comparing the old windows to the new ones. They talked about the new windows insulation ratings, what they were made out of, how to replace them under warranty, warranty terms, and the price (so basically, they were more professional than other companies). The only thing I would say could be improved was a minor part of communication...one of the windows I ordered was too big to be double-hung in the opening, so there is a small fixed pane above the functioning window. I was not told about this until the install day

I found it very necessary to require bids for the project..I had four. The cheapest is not always the best way to go. I compared what it included and any extras we would have to pay which made some of the bids very close once you had the final total..Watch what the price includes and compare with others. This company was very straightforward on what I needed not what they wanted to sell. I am very satisfied with the results.

my house needed extra work done to do the sofit and facia they did it all and for just a little extra which was still way lower than any of the other bids.and my other house they did the siding great job highly recomend this company,great workers there thats for sure JOB WELL DONE THANKS
