This was a major kitchen remodel for us removal of old counters, cabinets, and bulkhead; installation of new quartz counters, cabinets, lighting, electrical, venting, and appliances. Bobby and his crew chief were great to work with. Both had solid advice and worked with us to solve some tricky customization. Had to keep a closer eye on a couple of his subcontracted workers, but the project turned out great in the end. Really happy with the process and with the final product.

They did what they said they were gong to do and the price did not change great Job

We contracted with KBS Fabrication, The Experts in Room additions and Remodeling for our condo remodel. We liked the location of the condo but it was in need of major kitchen renovation along with the popcorn ceiling removed, relocation of a couple of walls, new cabinets and counter top installed. We are very pleased at the work that was done. We met with Bobby in our condo and he went over everything that was included in our contract. He made suggestions and offered input as the project moved forward. We were given an estimate of the project costs and if something came up that would add to the cost we were always informed before the work was done. Our time frame was six months, start to move-in-ready. We were not living in the condo at the time and was updated periodically with pictures as the work progressed. If I needed to speak with the contractor I would contact him before 8:00 a.m. or leave a message with his office staff. He would normally return the call that day. The Experts completed the job in under four-months. I would recommend The Experts and will use them again.
