Company as a whole was great. The plumber they sent however wasn't very customer focused and was not good. I did notify the company and not only were they responsive but they handled my situation very professionally and took care of me right away. I would highly recommend this company

Shawn was awesome! Thank you for responding so quickly! They called within minutes of me finding them on Home Advisor. And were at my house within an hour. Very professional on the phone. And it was very inexpensive too. Thank you Shawn!!

The company quickly returned my inquiry. Once a time and date were determined, the service technician was at my door promptly when I was told he would be there. Bob Hickey was friendly, efficient, and very competent, I would use Eco Plumbers again and i would request Bob.
