To say I am impressed would be an understatement! From the prompt pre-appointment calls from Eco Plumber, along with the call prior to arrival with a photo of Chad, Eco Plumbers will be the only company I call from now on. Additionally, Chad is very clean-cut, personable, and professional, and he represents the company excellently. He explained everything to me, and now I wonder why I didn't call long ago instead of dealing with these slow drains! If I could give Chad 10 stars instead of 5, I definitely would. He is very deserving!

Excellent workmanship and got the job done quickly. Did not get an itemized invoice so not sure exactly the cost for time and/or materials, but price was fair and lower than another estimate I got for the job.

Wather heater replacement was very fast. John gave the estimate on Monday afternoon, and Handley completed the installation the following afternoon. The price seemed fair, and I was very satisfied.

Our install was done incorrectly the first time and the tankless water heater kept turning off with no hot water. It took couple of revisit for the technician to figure out the issue and now we do not see any issues since last three weeks. They have no emergency service on weekend we had to wait until Monday before we were able to get the hot water running back. Also the overall plumbing work was averagely done (pipes not installed straight and square).
