I was misled as to when the work would be done and by whom. EcoPlumbers did not perform the service, they subcontracted it. The electrician who did complete my work was excellent.

They are extremely overpriced and the quality of product they installed is mediocre. They damaged my bathroom sink and the kitchen faucet they replaced is loose. They installed a Moen kitchen faucet that sells for $139.03 and charged $593.56 for the faucet. They installed a Moen bathroom faucet which retails for $287.73 and they charged $728.18 for the faucet. Their final invoice was $1,514.69 to replace a kitchen and bathroom sink faucet. They were here for over 3 hours (after arriving over an hour late) and the job should not have taken more than 1 1/2 hours. I have asked 4 other Plumbing associates and they can not believe the price we were charged. I would not recommend this company.
