Charged me more than $200 to fix shower drain and install new sink faucet. First tech charged $150 for an assessment but fixed nothing. When I complained, manager sent a 2nd tech who was competent and professional to complete work. Quoted prices are excessive (lump sum) giving impression work is more difficult than it really is. Recommend you find a local, independent plumber who would charge an hourly rate $100-150/hr seems a more than reasonable rate.

Great experience from start to finish. Josh was very professional, assed the problem and provided a fair estimate. On install day he was prompt and finished the water heater replacement in a couple of hours, cleaned the work area , explained the new aspects of the high efficiency water heater and left his number should we have any questions later.
