"After snowfall in late February 2022 melted, I noticed a dip or trench that formed in my near year-old front yard, the trench under the builder warranty, but with the delays in the building industry, the builder couldn't repair it until well after the grass seed planting season, so PG Excavating provided me an estimate for which the builder reimbursed, and PG did the topsoil fill and grading the same day that they were scheduled to do sump pump drainage work in my backyard.
