Very Happy with Don and his employees at Sure Dry. My husband is a Civil Engineer and in 23 years I've never heard him say a contractor has done something exactly as he expected and would have done himself. This is a huge credit to Don's knowledge and capabilities. He's a real professional and expert at what he does. I will recommend Don to everyone I know.

Don was the only contractor to call me back within 5 minutes and was on a Sunday. He was early and at our house within an hour. We were in an emergency situation with sump pump failure and water in basement. Don was very courteous, professional and did not try and take advantage of my elderly parents in terms of price gouging. Overall, very impressed with Don and his ethics and professionalism. Good to work with professionals especially when in an emergency situation. I live in Chicago and deal with many contractors in my work. This gentleman is top notch and would recommend him for any job.

I was very pleased. The estimate was thoroughly explained to me. No pressure to buy anything I did not need. The job was done in a very timely manner and totally cleaned the area. No mess for me to deal with. I would highly recommend Sure Dry.

Needed my basement waterproofed from previous family experience I called Sure Dry for a quote. Don came out the following day and gave me a quote right on the spot. I hired him to do the work and was very pleased with the results. Communication, clean up, the time it took to do the work and how well the work was done was great. HIs experience definitely showed. I would highly recommend Sure Dry.

Fair price, no high pressure sale, the work was done in a timely manner and Don was very forthright with everything. He is a trustworthy professional and also came out a month after being fully paid to put down the vapor barrier. I highly recommend Sure Dry to anyone with crawlspace issues including water damage plus mold & mildew removal. The crawlspace is now bone dry!
