Highly professional , very honest , most effective solution , and least expensive, also tried to not charge you , very punctual!

I, as the owner and experienced waterproofer, try not to push or do more than what's needed to solve customer water issues. Most waterproofing companies use a salesman, which most of them have never installed a single waterproofing system. They receive anywhere from ten to twenty percent commission, so therefore try to sell more than what is needed.

Don was the best. Besides doing a top quality job he went way beyond the requirement of the job. He found a way to save me having an electrician to hook up the pump. I also like that he found a way to have the water drain into my sewer line so I didn't need to have the water drained into my yard. At the end of each day he would take us around and explain what they did and what they would do the next day. I felt very confident with Don and would recommend him highly.

Don was great to work with. Explained everything he was going to do, and he and his crew were prompt and always polite. The work itself was of exceptionally high quality. Don stayed on the worksite the entire time. He and his crew cleaned up the worksite and finished in a day and a half just as Don promised. Highly recommend!

Don Felton installed steel beams to support a basement wall. He ordered the beams immediately and installed them a few days later, as soon as the materials arrived. Don answered all my questions, clearly explained what he intended to do, and returned calls quickly. This was probably my best experience with a home repair company in the many years that I have needed work done on my home.

Don and his crew were hardworking guys! They stuck with it for a day and a half and got it done as promised. I appreciated that they were careful not to mess up my house and cleaned up afterwards. I didn't have to wait a long time for them to get started on the job. Don has a lot of experience and it showed in the quality of his work, his organization and professionalism. After this basement waterproofing in July 2017, I have had no problems.

Mr. Felton is extremely nice and professional. He answered all my questions and explained in great detail what is expected with the type of waterproofing system his company provides. Not only did they arrive when scheduled to, but they also finished the project in a timely manner and did an excellent job of cleaning up when finished. I haven't had any water issues since the job was completed in 2008. I highly recommend Suredry Waterproofing.

Very knowledgeable, patient and professional very nice contractor knew what he was doing and so much attention to detail. I felt very comfortable with the work he did. Cleaned up after himself and followed up t make sure everything was ok.

Had this done in June 2017 and have had no water in the basement since. We had a 4" rain in July and the system did it's job. Don and his crew did a great job!
